You send a parcel of bullion within Australia via Australia Post using a signature on delivery service.

It could be Express Post, Registered Post ... whatever ... the key being Signature on Delivery.

You KNOW you've packed your parcel correctly and kept your receipts which among other things confirm the weight as sent.

The recipient of your parcel confirms they received your package and that bullion is missing from the package, implying you have deliberately ripped them off.
