Well for me it was the best and worst year of my life, but I never regret anything in my life.

Was going to say, where've you been fella? Not seen you for quite a while, was going to put the feelers out!

Yesterday, the last day of 2012 was rather important to me.

In short, I had to go to immigration and put in a new visa application - if I didn't do it yesterday, I'd be on a plane home fairly quickly!

Bear in mind that the departments' office closes at 4pm, and me and Mrs RD were wrestling with the paperwork all day, not to mention waiting 40 damn minutes in the bank for them to write me a cheque (then charge me $10 for the privelege!).

So, all up I ended up reaching the hallowed doors of the Department at 3.57pm.

Talk about cutting it fine.

2013 resolution - Plan better, and buy more metals! :D
