New member - joined today - and first post is asking others what they are holding/aiming for.... raises a few flags.

Its dead EASY to encrypt information. The easiest way is to buy WINZIP

I'd suggest checking out TrueCrypt - it's free and open source and you can encrypt an entire file system inside a single file.
You can auto mount the encrypted volume when you log in - you just enter the password once and then use it like any other drive - encryption/decryption happens automatically.
