Gold Sale Query: Its been a while, need some help

I'm looking to sell 1oz Perth Mint and 1oz ABC gold ingots but is there a small premium these days or is spot price the norm? I'm looking for a regular to fill me in.
I use to be on these forums a lot for my dad's SMSF and now he has retired and looking to sell.
I'm not even sure if people sell gold on here anymore.

I'm in Greensborough Victoria - just looking for clarification then will come back with a proper ad.
