Gold Dragon Stamps

What is the gold content?

I mean, foil? They could probably stretch out 0.01 grams of 9999 gold into a foil sheet.
 
Not bullion, not numis, not junk. Probably more of a ornament than part of anyone's stash.

The post office lady was trying to sell me one yesterday when I bought the baby dragon.

The real thing looks good though; like a good decor on a large rosewood table, in a full panel window, river facing office.
