So usually, i would free a sovereign from its mount and scrap the mount but this is one of the few times that i wont. this coin has been professionally installed in a proper, high quality and fully hallmarked italian made 18ct mount.
the chain also is high quality, presenting as new and would run you 3 x the cost at one of those "70% off" sales at the usual store i e zamels/shiels etc
the chain has over $700 gold in it , my price is $800
the sovereign and surround have $1100 worth of gold in them, my price is $1150 !!
