Mine main reason is to protect people from dishonest sellers like mmissinglink.
Here is my entire PM conversation with mmissinglink between 22 April and 2 May 2025 so you can judge it.

The file was to large to fit on one page, so I fit in your detail only and the amount paid to you so you can see it was really paid

You should ask these details before the payment made to you not after
