It's rascals after it pushes past $48 and so long as the trend is upward. Otherwise it's simply the meddling of fairies in boots.

Interesting. They are saying that its speculation that OPEC will cut production to stabilise oil prices. Wonder what will happen if they don't. Lol
 
Manipulation, coercion, influence, whatever the level, its all about your wisdom, crystal-balling and tolerance of the first three adjectives. I don't think there is anything relative to money in this world in which any one of these is present in one form or another, where there's a dollar to be made the scheming and planning is SOP.
 
It's Thursday just past noon here at this moment and silver has just recently hit the USD16 mark.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the silver spot price will end on a positive (plus) note come the end of Friday.

The Silver Phoenix will continue its rise from the ashes in 2016!
