Mmmm, yummy silver! But who was polite here? Will politeness pay off? 
I am the central bank and I have increased the number supply to 45 to account for politeness - plus whatever the heck I want, damn it! So it is now a lotto using 45 numbers!
The following members get extra numbers: 41, 42, 43, 44, 45
So their allocated numbers are now as follows:
Johnnyboy: 8, 41 (kept a track of all numbers chosen)
dollars (manners): 26, 42
Simondo13 (manners): 31, 43
Snaerff (manners): 35, 44
neonuke (chose my lucky number, 38): 38, 45
I will aim to spin the wheel some time before Monday, then try to get the precious silver out next week.
