Thoughts?
I come across something of interest that was reasonable prices. Almost bought it but found bits and pieces on the net that said their coins, etc are crap. Set in 1975, I read something about the content not being accurate either. Shall I avoid or do you think if well priced, it may be worth something? Priced $1500 and it is the silver collection with a mint apparently of 10,000.

Pretty much everything made by the Franklin Mint eventually gets melted - nobody wants it - especially the sterling stuff - which was most of what they made

if you can buy it for less than spot it's probably worth picking up

Thanks Trew. It's a pity as the set looks beautiful and would be a nice collection. Thought it was priced very cheap for a collectible and am grateful I did my research. If it's too good to be true...
