Have a few 1/2 and 1/4oz Libs that look like the one below. Haven't seen this before on any other silver, is this normal?

BUZZ ;)

Some people pay decent $$ for stuff like that..

How are you storing it? Some kind of flip or something?

$20. Deal :p

They're all in a plastic baggy thing but only a few have turned that way. Might scrub them up a little with no-carb and see what happens.

Leave 'em alone!! :o

And while I appreciate your offer, will have to pass at this time.. I don't do modern fractionals.

Again, some people (like me) pay extra $$ for natural / inadvertent toning. Anybody can turn a "dirty" coin into a "clean" one -- but not every coin gets to sport some cool & unique toning!

Seriously, let it be. Either put it in a capsule at this point, or roll the dice & throw it back in the baggy to see how far you can take it.

If you really don't like it, sell it & get a replacement.

Maybe they had a good night at the mint.

Left a thumb print, and some tequila residue .. give it a suck house and see if any tequila left to enjoy. :D

Flips are dirtbags.
From all the junk I received, the condition of those in flips was by far the worst.
I even had some collections where the upper part of the coins reached outside the flip, and guess what: the part inside was way uglier, with a clear line on the coin where the border of the flip came.
Initially I left them in the flips, but after noticing this, I removed them, threw the flips away and stored them just as a bunch lose coins in a clean and vacuum tight box.
