Found 5kg of Silver on the side of the road!?

I'm a very long time reader of the stackers and have my own collection of PAMP bars and thought I would make my first post one of a good story.

I have a family member in (Location Withheld) who was walking around and found a 5kg bar. I was very jealous of his find. That has to be one of the all time best ways to add 5kg to your stack?

Well "walking around" isn't much detail is it. It doesn't even hint at how exactly it might have come about. I mean, was he "walking around" inside a house that he broke into or was he out in the open? If it was the latter, did you go there and look yourself after he told you?
