Has anyone used the Live Gold add on for firefox? just downloaded it onto the works computer to make sure there are no issues before I load it at home. Has gold and silver spot from kitco, seems pretty good and you can change currency and add extra metals including some base metals.

I use the same one. It's a bit buggy sometimes, but it's still good. It also has an alarm function that will create a popup when your metal of choice goes above or below a specific price.
I set my silver alarm to go off <40 ... Probably time to change it.

Personally I prefer Ghostery as it blocks more than just google's stats.

I also like FB Purity for fixing up facebook's ugly crappy designs and Coral IE Tab for those pesky websites that only run in internet explorer..
