Federal Reserve has no ball to raise rates

For the past two years, how many times have they been talking about raising rates? And only one tiny rate hike crashed the stock market.

I found an interesting buying setup for gold/silver this year; that is whenever Federal reserve starts their blow-job, buy the dip. ;)
