Familiar bar?

G'day Stackers, I tried to get info from ABC about these bars, but was unsuccessful.
It has a mirror finish with frosted accents. How long/ when were they produced?

If i remember correctly, It was produced around 2013-2014 by MMTC PAMP India for ABC bullion.
