Reading through this thread and how good some of the forgeries are getting got me thinking that Bitcoin may actually be the most unforgeable asset ever created, and the asset that can be most easily verified as legitimate/real.

The response of 'but it can be copied' is fallacious, the copy wouldn't be Bitcoin and wouldn't sync in a bitcoin wallet.

Not trying to shill Bitcoin here, but thought others may get some insight from my thought.
