Fake 2009 Panda Silver

Hi there guys.

I'm posting this phoney panda here, as I know it is a right away fake. I'm building my case in paypal against a seller who tries to deny and claim that it is genuine. Please concur your opinions, i will stand on the neutral side (to be fair). thanks
(seller posted a genuine pic in listing, but sent me a fake)

Bad panda side photo or fake. Missing yuan simbol, 1 oz, bad details, 2009 is capsule only not double sealed

Paypal usually protect the buyer .. So you will have a good case

Good luck with your case. I dunno enough about determining authenticity, but having recently bought a 2009 silver ounce Panda myself from eBay, and doubting for a time if it was real, I'd like to know the outcome of this.

Awesome packaging too BTW.

I probably have handled more than 1500 2009 bears over the last 3 years ,if that is real I am Elvis Presley! good luck you shouldn't have a problem pay pal protects buyers and will close and freeze sellers account

Shocking fake bear there, exactly the same thing happened to me... you will get your money back through Paypal once you have a certified coin dealer report/statement and contact someone at Paypal who has authority to act... you have to get past the first responder. This is absolutely a fake panda. You should win this case as paypal always protects buyer.

I also bought a fake 2009 Panda on Ebay I did get my money back after a bit of stuffing around good look.
