Picked up this little guy early last year for $300. Sold it on eBay 6 months later for $3500!

Did you do a density test on it? Maybe the 4 digit serials are actually platinum and the buyer got an incredible bargain?
Sooper dooper bar and way to go. I think they will continue to grown in value, very rarely see anything like that.

I prefer these clover-hallmarked Australian bars as they are seldom seen and were applied to the half kilo class as well.

The "SCCC" clover leaf hallmark was applied circa 1980 by bullion retailer Southern Cross Coins & Commodities... corner of Bourke & Exhibition Streets in Melbourne.
