Beijing Expos listed and NGC slabbed as PF?
I'm confused again, I thought these were BU issued coins?
This one, 360445243886, sells for US $1,199.99 and PandaStats shows a history of 34 1999 PF Expos being sold.
May I buy a clue?

I had a few pf 68 , only 1 category in census on NGC website MS , I think NGC made a mistake ,caught it and corrected......i sent some 1999,s in on the form I marked PF :) they sent them back graded ms:)

Looks like the same set.
Yes this is the same set, I bought this set and it was a good price but... it had all the problems, white spots galore and white blotches, tarnish , rubbings and scratches, I could have lived with the spots and tarnish for this price but not the scratches I dont know what the 5 oz would grade as but I would say maybe ms62-63 and the 1 oz which was what I was really after maybe a ms 63-64, it is really too bad someone obviously opened them and maybe even tried to clean them but lots of fine scratches and the set smelled like mildew. I am 99.99 % sure though they were legit coins, the seller was very good though they agreed to a refund incl shipping and I could tell they really knew nothing about coins like this, I felt a little bad but the description did say "perfect uncirculated condition" which I did not feel like they were in any way. Good price but i would not want to pay much over spot for this condition. Lately i have got a few coins in capsules like this that i can tell were opened and scratched , for a while I was doing good with getting cheap coins out of omp but I think for now I will just pay a little more and get them in sealed OMP . I really do hate it when people use words like 'beautiful" and "perfect" when they are not at all that, but I also think some people just dont know. For me I may be too picky but I send most stuff to be graded and even really nice looking coins are getting harder to get good grades with what appears to be higher grading standards at NGC, I have got back some really sweet looking ms 68s which like yennus I think some of the newer graded ones are undervalued . Sorry for the rant but that is the rest of the story with the 1987 set.

quite cheap for mirror 03?

Haven't been following panda market much recently but didn't these go for 250+ before.

Brown spot in the panda head.

If not michael will grade it and sell graded for more.

This is cheap, as there is a "rub" on forehead.

you are 100% right silverstar 1.............. anyone who grades enough coins knows exactly your point, it is difficult to get 69,s and becoming more difficult to find raw coins that will grade at 69, the pool of quality raw coins is shrinking rapidly, most out there are culls or grading rejects.

1986 China Panda Gold 1 oz sold for USD$1675.00 very close to spot especially if you include ebay bucks and you earn points on your Credit Card.

Not my fav design but that coin looks very good in OMP and at a great price too! Spot free it appears.

Maybe we're seeing the highly sought after rarer bears holding their price or appreciating nicely while the second tier bears are falling behind slightly.

Getting ANY good looking Panda close to spot is a win.

Folks seem to follow Mr.Anthony,s advise:) , fractional s especially 1/10 very hot on fee bay ............. competing bids and sniping on almost every decent coin .............probably fishball at work :)

280605046243 makes my 69,s look like a giveaway:)

Whenever I see such writing in an Ebay listing, I feel strong urge to walk away from the auction, it is as if some crime is being hidden:

"*Coins graded by grading services are the responsibility of that service."
