Gee they take a 2 sided unfair view. When one of my items received a charge back the first thing they asked for was evidence of posting and tracking. Uploading any photos or other evidence you may have to support your case. Can you imagine just giving them a tracking number and no photo of the package? It could be any tracking number. Then they would say, insufficient evidence. Just unfair, what do they actually want?and they told me they usually don’t accept photographic or video evidence!!
