Us$40 postage? Better come with some freebies :D

I didn't check the postage to Oz, thanks for pointing that out Bloomst, but a 2oz S2 Ox for US$80 (+US$40 shipping) is still a bargain.

Interesting to see what it finally goes for

PM 100oz cast bar, opening bid is at $1850, BIN is $3400. Never mind the BIN, just wait till the auction is almost finish to see if it's a bargain.

Way too good to be true,

This is either a bargain or another scam -

Sorry to be blunt but only a total idiot would be going anywhere near this
Of course it is a scam - listing says don't bid through ebay - contact email address - price is 13,000 pounds - way under spot

Yeah right - send some guy 13,000 pounds and expect to actually see something in the mail ???
Or insist on f2f and wind up getting robbed when you turn up
OR they are simply stolen

Not a very smart scam, brings way to much attention...

sounds very dodgy from his listing, however his feedback will give most people a sense of false security... I'm actually thinking the persons ebay account may have been hacked?

F2F and obtain real phone number and talk with the person prior or not at all on this one, in a public place and take a few friends with you to any UK people out there...:))

I agree with trew ... Personally if i was even in the uk near that location, Common sense = steer clear.

There are plenty of free classified sites the person could of advertised it on instead of breaking the rules on ebay to create a "fake" auction to sucker multiple people into sending money with no trace back...

The only scenario the true seller is doing this by avoiding ebay fee's but with such a high feedback and a member since 2004 I doubt that would be the case.

Makes me think more and more that his ebay account has been hacked/stolen ( says do not bid, contact via a free web base email address , more likely the one not linked on the ebay account so real seller does not get notified, no history on feeback for any gold/silver buy/sell purchase )

Anyways I have reported it, who knows I have been wrong before:)
