It's a pretty dumb statement for them to make at this stage of the investigation.

Fraud tends to be a tad worse than intent to defraud.

I can assure you they received a polite 'heads up' regarding the nature of their listing.

They chose to ignore it.
 
Im reading between the lines mate and you talk about fraud but you forget cyber bullying is also an a fence I quote help those that you feel have made a mistake without the need to be nasty being nice to people gets you a lot further in life .
