And further proof of that, I believe, is that it only says "product not available" NOT "product out of stock"

Hopefully they will but purchase limits were reduced from 50 coins per account to 10.

Perth had an allocation of 10% of the mintage so keep watching.

to the best of my knowledge (and this is just a suposition) out of stock is exactly that, no more stock available at all. Product not available is maybe theres more, but not right now.

Thats what I believe the difference to be.
