Does this Silver bar look authentic?

I am going to buy this silver from a guy and he wouldn't allow me to take photo of his id and such. But he sent me this photo of silver he is going to sell. Is this bar authentic? I am a little unsure because I can't find this type of bar on ABC website. But I am a little convinced that this is real because there are a lot of damp on it.
What do you think?

Yep its original. I have three or four the same. ABC bars are always 9995 in this style

Nah, I was just new to this. I was afraid to buy fake silver. But it turns out that he is a nice guy!
