I'm too much of a nerd to say no, however the email I received said the tardis packaging makes a sound when opened but the Mint's site makes no mention of this feature.

NZ Mint is producing some bloody nice coins and the packaging is way above everyone else's. I keep telling myself not to buy such items, but they keep arriving. I grew up watching Dr Who and I still love it. Wouldn't mind a Goodies coin to go with it.
