I treat bars as bars and don't put them in capsules. Heck a lot of my bullion coins are still in tubes/pouches.
However fake bars are known to be sold in capsules.
To me people making and selling them don't have to be convicted when they sell them $1 - $1.80 a pop:

It really is a shame that they now fake 1oz bars and coins and making them better and better.
With double layer plating we will soon need pretty reliable means to test stuff. Pocket XRF machine?
Specific gravity test is a hassle, especially on the go.
