Disinterest in Silver :)

Actually overall visits to the forum and unique visitors to the forum in September and October have been the highest month-on-month this year. October had more unique visitors than any other month in the forum's history.

Is this overall visits by members, or for site visits by everyone including lurkers?

Just on the members online figures, it now on the Index page says that the most members ever online here was 207 on 5/11/2012 at 18.01.38. Seems like an extra large figure to be on here at tea time?

But then you don't sell to those dealers that offer under spot. I understand that dealers such as Aurora have a base of Spot for purchases. - Apologies if this has changed Aurora :)
You are correct Napththalene Man, spot is still the floor as far as I am concerned.
In my opinion anyone who offers less than spot (dealer or a private buyer) is a lowballer
I am always happy to pay spot for bars and a premium of at least spot + $3.50 for 1oz coins. (Who wouldn't) :)
It's also my opinion you got money to burn selling your bullion to a dealer when there's a free venue here that allows you to achieve a much higher price than spot.

If this guy can offer spot for silver...

Even with "overheads, mortgage, wages, a hard sell, I don't make any money whilst it sits in the shop, it'll need to be framed to sell" etc.
Then I am certain dealers should be able to

I chuckle when Rick without fail always brings out the old "there are issues with condition" or "let me call a buddy of mine to give us an expert opinion" lines.

Worth quoting so it's repeated.

It's why Aurora is still one of the best in the business.

Kudos.

spot is gone, the markets have closed down worldwide :p

* Very little interest in silver bars in the Buy, Sell & Swap section - crickets chirping.

* General decrease in forum participation & apathy.

* Chart looking very exciting.

- that makes me a silver investor again! :)

Silver is boring lately.....maybe i might buy some tulips instead.

Welcome barbanegra also still very interested and regular buyer of 1k pm bars from b.b. I find it best to not post to much in a attempt to conceal my ignorance ,but I do love silver.

I'm also not interested in silver since some months (mid august 2012). I bought a couple kilocoins when spot was $26,5 and gathered 5 kilo junk over the summer months, all I could buy.
I hope to see again $26 early next year. I will be able to buy again 5 kilo then.
