Defective gold monkey?

I just got this 1oz gold monkey a few days ago and i just noticed its not as perfect as i would expect from this coin. I wanted to know if anyone else has this coin and can tell me if this is normal or not. And if its not...trade? :)
I couldnt get the right angles on this phone vid but on the monkeys back its like a raised bit. I think its raised... then there is a half circle of weirdness from the monkeys face to the chinese writing then to the tail.

Firstly, check out the plastic capsule for glue/smudge blemishes. If that's not a problem, then show everyone the coin out of it's capsule. That'd help !
 
I have this coin graded .... ( pcgs ms-70 ), And i think it's a gorgeous lunar monkey. In this particular coin, I prefer this grade in MS 70 compared to PF 70, But that's my opinion.
