Damaged Kinebar?

Just received a 10g Kinebar in the post from Apmex and it has a group of marks entirely over the face of the bar. What would you do?

Image was too big so it turned, but you get the idea. Those white marks all over the face appear to be damaged packaging (I now realise the thread title seems a bit misleading. Sorry. Haha).
 
Do people think that this is bad enough to bring it up with Apmex? I hate the idea of removing it from the certicard but you don't get a bar like this not to show it and right now it looks like crap.

Again, has anybody got experience; what would you do?
 
Don't remove it from the certicard. I would bring it up with apmex and see what they say. If you can get a replacement go for it. I feel if it comes in a certicard the certicard should be like new condition as well. May be harder to sell in the future if it isn't. Just my opinion. Plus I like the look of the holograms, would be a shame not to see it however I would not go around showing it to people ;)
