Crazy price for a 100g silver bar

Pfft peanuts... we had $800 for a 1oz Englehard on here not so long ago!

I saw a tube of maples going for $1200 on thursday,its since gone from ebay,theres some idiots on there.

Although if someone did puchase anything that far over spot its there own fault
 
For every ridiculously over-priced bar of silver on ebay, there's a sucker out there that will buy it so why not advertise it well over spot. Especially if you're not in any hurry to sell it.
 
Englehard is a refinery that has closed down, they don't produce anymore, so what is going around is limited, so when supply doesnt meet demand guess what happens? Spot don't mean squat! People who buy this stuff generally aren't stackers
