Craptsy down again...

Haha yeah I wouldn't too confident having much on the exchange though :D but for a bit I am OK with it :)
Active trading is tough though haha
 
Yersterday i deposit a few different kinds of coins. Some take a lot of time.
WDC seems to be lost. No fault at depositadress. Now more than 24h
 
Had a problem today with Cryptsy... my BTCs and the following trade was nowhere to be found.
It took them 15 hours to answer my ticket, but finally I got them back, and now, according to their email...

"We have added a self-audit feature which you can use to correct your balance if it seems wrong every 30 minutes. The button can be found on the balances page at the top. REMEMBER the button will only work for you every 30 minutes. Again sorry for the delays we are consistently working on improving services and support."

* If you still have an issue feel free to reply to me and I will get to you ASAP just make sure you tried the self audit first.

Yeah, a few WTF moments today - refunded trades momentarily appearing as double credit, but you couldn't accidentally trade more than you were supposed to have. I think their browser side scripts are a bit dicky.

Trade execution is much improved.

Same issues here, only stick with them because they trade the alts I'm into. May change soon hopefully.

People shouldn't put emoticons in comments where they clearly don't belong.
Adding a smiley at the end is like a customer service representative telling you to your face that they value your feedback while flipping you the bird.
 
Hey all, at least Craptsy is not as bad a bank closing it's doors as in Cyprus or anywhere else on the planet. ..not that you are going to have large amounts of currency in any alt exchange.but you know what I mean.

Same with Me.. did a trade .. trade didn't happen.. filled out a ticket... lost .11 of a btc.. they gave me back .9 only... also i missed my trade and now its shot up in the meantime..

I cant trade on a platform that dissapears my deposits and there is no way of seeing the trade so trying to rectify it is a guessing game.. be VERY careful on cryptsy.. always record your own trades because they are incapable of doing it.. all trust is gone

Emoticons are very useful as legal disclaimers I reckon. ;)

If we had a sarcasm smiley here we could darn near achieve world peace.
 
Looks like i just got a cryptsy error in my favour.. my trade went through but my BTC got credited back also... finally an error that i dont feel fleeced by...

wonder when this will get "fixed"

Did another Audit as i cancelled a trade and the LTC balance never showed.. now i have a negative BTC and LTC balance and im still down the .02 btc i was short refunded on..

So it appears when they make a mistake in your favour they are all over it.., but mistakes in there favour are never reconciled...

I just transferred my coins out of Cryptsy, was making me too nervous. Let's hope Bter is better! Worried about my precious Quarks lol

HTF!!!! are you going to run a crypto exchange when the trades keep vanished.. i mean schitt!

i would too ( i am too!).. again a trade hasnt gone through.. Crypsty is to schitt to be trusted.. im outta there also... might try bter myself..

Times like this i realise how good btc-e.com is.. even if the Pump and dumps are dodgy!

Yeah I canceled a sell order on cryptsy earlier today and then my coins disappeared for a few hours, makes you a bit worried for sure.

Also apparently the exchange is based in the US (florida) that alone makes me nervous!
