Core stacking

Hi All, I was wondering do any stackers out there stack a specific"stack" ie 1kg pamp bars etc as a core product and mess around with bits and pieces? or do most of you grab what you can at the right price? Just interested.

Grab what I can at the right price :)

Sovereigns, Masterpieces, Pre-Decimals, Bullion bars, PANDAS :)

Yeah, it's all a mixed bag of stuff. Can't get rid of sovereigns, masterpieces or pre-decimals at a decent price.

In silver, my core is currently kilo bars. At some time in the future I'd like to downsize to 10oz stacker bars (just so much easier to handle). Everything else is pretty much part of my trading stack, except for a few key items like a Series I Lunar 1oz bullion set. It's time will come though.

I actually only stack PAMP 1kg silver, i also have gold in the same denomination only and PAMP as well. I've never been into the numismatics i've really been stacking purely bars.

That is not to say i don't like the coins, i just don't like the premiums.

My core is a few thousand of 2011 1oz Carded Koalas. No joke.

Any and all silver for the closest to spot ;)

I must admit I don't follow this as much as I know I should, I'm a sucker for a nice coins.

Ben wishes he could stack... in fact.....

My core stack consists of dirty 50% pre decimal, the reason I have so much of it is that people don't seem to want it very much so I have no temptation in offering it for sale. I didn't get a great deal on it but I did buy it a long time ago so it evens out.

Bought quite a few 1966 50 cents back when they were $5 each and I paid under spot for them then as well (with the exception of a few 'double bar' varieties.

I have some pretty coins and generic rounds, only one minted bar and no poured bars.

20oz BullionClub bars only.

Low premium bricks.

If mine weren't at the bottom of a lake, I would stack them like a pyramid.
