Chinese Tael gold bars - Any translations??

I think these are modern Chinese 1 / 0.5 tael bars.

Does anyone have any idea of the translation of the characters on the ingot. Are they just weight / purity designations?

It translates to 9999 in english. Not sure about the other stuff.
Looks good though. It's now on my bucket list along with the gold lifesaver.
