Charts frozen?

Admin need help!
I can't seem to get an update on current prices as my charts at the top of my screen are frozen and not up to date???
I have tried logging on and off a number of times but the same chart keeps loading.

I am having a problem with refreshing my charts to the new price,i mean the current price.

I am running Windows 8 on a new lap top i got and not sure whether thats the problem????
 
This is really frustrating
This laptop sucks
Cant understand why they replaced the last windows
Seems to be its not compatible?
Does any one know if i can download some sort of fix it software from somewhere???

Thanks but i need to be able to get current prices as i am going into the dealers at lunch time.
Could someone send me a private PM with current prices around 12pm,hoping to have this resolved by then!!

Have you tried clearing the browser's cache?

What browser do you use for browsing SilverStackers? Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer?
 
1394.81 is what the gold chart is stuck on spanner monkey sent me a set of codes to enter into my log on details but they haven't fixed the problem as yet.
Maybe I'm entering them in the wrong order??
Can't get hold of him at the moment
Does any one know in what order I have to enter the code ie Password first then code or each letter of my pass word with code in between
Life was easier when telephones had dials!

If the price on your gold chart is 1394.81 it is correct as the markets are closed for the weekend. It wont update until Monday.

But it's only correct up till this morning, I am trying to find the spot price as of 11-43am
Just heading to shop.
Can someone give me a spot price as of a few minutes ago

Is this a troll thread? Spot market is frozen because it is closed until 7am AEST Monday. There are literally hundreds of free sources of the spot market price available.
 
I can confirm that frozen.
I refreshed 2998 times so far this weekend, and indeed.
It's like the price fixers are doing a last attempt before they have to stop in october or when was it again.
How is it possible that Zerohedges Professional Analysts so far did not notice this freeze?
Is it a conspiracy?
