Charts are frozen??

Dont understand!!
I tried to get an update on my charts but they appear frozen and i cannot get an update on the current Gold and Silver prices.
I tried reloading the SS page multiple times but the same thing price stuck on an older chart of 1560.94 & 20.55
Can anyone help with some technical advice to get my charts going again?

Is it a problem with the server or host or what ever you call the people doing that tech stuff
How do i get them unfrozen?

I was going to trade some gold but don't know what the current price is
Same thing happens when i go on the Kitco site
A member private PMed me and said that i might be running old software on my computer?
Is this right?

Sature~Is that from the french=Frozen?

If so yes then its not the actual post thats frozen as i can still send and receive Messges and posts just the chart section of my web page if thats what you call it.
Im running Windows 8-could this be the problem
Just changed from a Mac to a PC?
