trew Well-Known Member Silver Stacker Yesterday at 9:44 PM #2 I'm no tax expert but yes, assets purchased before that date are exempt from CGT. I think the new rules being introduced in 2027 will tax the gain accrued after 30 June 2027 however on those assets as well.
