Most do, I know Apmex and JMBullion both do. You also usually get a 3% discount for paying with money order. Apmex ships alot faster but JMBullion is a little bit cheaper and has free shipping.

Apmex has a $50 minimum, and higher shipping costs.
Is there a reason why you prefer to pay with money order? Those are not that safe through the mail. If it's lost, then you lost your money. If a check is lost, then at least your money is still in the bank. Or electronic check would be best.

This. For smaller orders under 50 and 100$ it is probably better to pay with debit card if possible. Electronic check works but there are often alot higher minimum orders for that payment method. Buying local would most likely be cheaper if you are looking for standard bullion under 50 and 100$. The shipping fees add to the premiums alot on smaller orders. If you must purchase online and do not have a debit card there are always those cards you can preload with cash!
