Bullion Traders run out of silver

Word on the street is a large silver bullion trader in India has run out of silver.
Also Perth Mint
North American bullion traders give warning to very short supply
Anyone got any news?

A few silver jewellery manufacturers I know in India aren't having issues sourcing silver at the moment ... I don't know how long it will last though.

Last time they ran out of silver in 2011, they hadn't actually run out of it, they just ran out of product they could sell you. They were still selling pre-orders for items as normal but delivery would be in 6-8 weeks when they had turned the raw silver into bars or planchets to make coins.

I did the same thing when I first read the article. Just double checked today and noticed some silver products showing as “back order”.
