There is no issue with login or making purchases online. Occasionally site goes down, just assume it due to bugs when upgraded.

A week and still no reply for arranging delivery of stored silver got me concern.

Just mentioning slow or increase wait time doesn't give any timeframe. Could be they too are in the dark about it and don't want to give false expectation? Or the new system drop my request and they never recieve it?

Phone was working. Now mail box is full again.

Got in contact with them and asked for delivery of stored silver. Unfortunately the generated invoice delivery detail created was not the original detail I put down. It was modified on their end.
Tried phoning a few minutes later to correct issue, but mail box is full.

Edit: phone support when working did generate invoice, even if incorrect. Email, took over a week with no response.
