Hi everyone,

I am trying to access bn website but it keeps erroring out, is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Getting a bit concerned, cause I made a purchase on the site for the first time and not sure what is happening.
 
Been watching that too. As they are closed till Tuesday 6 Jan, they well could be using that down time (eg shop closed) to update the web site.

BN are members on this forum but they haven't posted for some years. I've sent BN / Michael a private message through this forum asking he give the forum / market a wee update on the status of the BN web site. Not sure if he'll pick up the message, but fingers crossed.
 
branding change may be required then since 'now' seems a bit misleading. I also dont get why so many bullion dealers pay no attention to the mention of this forum - some will get roasted soon. "im not here to chit-chat" comment from one yesterday on the phone lost my business and only asked about the history of the dealership.. not a fair question before trading many thousanda dollars?
 
Email them last week to get silver in storage for delivery, no response. Tried calling them, message box is full.

Anyone else having difficulty contacting them?

Nice if they have an automated response to email enquiry. I email them before their weekend upgrade if anyone was curious.
 
Has anyone heard anything yet from the Bullion now team, at least a web message or blanket email would be nice. Phones are still off, emails not recieving response, if someone is near the store and able to verify if they are still operating, that would be great.
 
Just logged in fine, account details and past purchases all there. Able to access products and add to cart etc. This message was on header of website:
Website is back online and Bullion Now has a new data system supporting us. Sorry for any increases to wait time during this turnover period and please be patient and understanding of our store staff and phone staff as they learn to adapt to this new system.
