Got my order from @Bullion Now today, I've known to be picky but...

Communication 10/10
Speed of delivery 10/10
Product as Described 10/10
Price and postage charges 10/10
Packaging 10/10

Overall Experience 10/10

I've received many orders from various dealers, I cannot fault this experience. Even got a nice pouch with my order and enough foam to ship next few SS orders :D Many thanks

Yes, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them, so much so that I really don’t bother with other dealers anymore.

Very positive experience!!!
They(Bullion Now) have also from time to time very unique and rare stuff- mainly back buy coins-to get them one must be very quick and lucky...

Got to concur with all of the above. Used their on line chat facility recently and got good service from Ben (who I think it was manning the online chat line).

Product always packed well, their premiums (overall pricing) at the pointer end of the retail market. Can't complain about that.

Only had 1 order from them, very happy. Noticed I was charged the >500g postage, according to their faq's, for <500g. Didn't realize at the time and don't care lol. Good, fast service and communication. Check their site everyday

Not sure I can go along with your love affairs with BN and the 10/10 ( can't improve ) perfect rating guys.

Their 3% ( if still current ) Paypal fee is a big turn-off for me personally and one of the main reasons I won't deal with them.

I have purchased gold over the years from a couple of well-known gold dealers and they charge me 0%
extra regardless of whether I use PayPal or credit cards to pay for my purchases, so I think I will stick with them.
I'm interested to know which dealers don't charge credit card fees. Please PM as I have a few interest free offers im itching to use on bullion

Sorry roundy, I can't give you a free ride as I don't want extra competition for their sometimes hard-to-find goodies.

When you have spent as many years around the traps as I have you will suss them out;)
If it's hard to find I'm not interested.
Kilo bars and ounce blobs are all a man need.

I think it depends on what you're buying and their premiums, I highly doubt any reputable dealer would consistently charge me 0% on bullion CC purchases. If i was a dealer and I wanted to move a bag of scrap and a long time customer wanted to use CC, I may consider absorbing the fees, whereas someone wanting to buy a few kilos of silver on their CC maybe different.
