Ok. I've been to Vegas late last year:
Hit normal Pawn shops - no silver or some old crap overpriced for tourists.
Visited Pawn Stars: when spot was 34 they were selling "In old man we trust" rounds for 60. I'm a fan of the show, but thought this is a bit rich for the round.
Also there is 20 mins line in front of the shop to get in, but you get "outdoor air-con" (you'll see

.
I've been to a couple of coin shops close to the strip, bussed it actually which is an experience by itself in States:
One is an old mom and pop shop - bought some old interesting stuff from them, still regret not buying Rockwell art rounds 999 in the wall mounted display.
Second was a normal coin/bullion shop - they give you free bottle of cold water which is nice. Almost all bullion gone - bought a couple of ASEs etc.
Old lady in front of me bought a couple of 1oz bars I was eyeing. She said: "I'm putting $1000 in Silver!" like it was 1mil. I said: Yeah - very impressive.
In general I've found that prices in Vegas were more expensive than in Florida, but I haven't been to proper bullion shop in Vegas if there is one there.
I guess Vegas is geared more to tourists and people who have no clue.
Was no problem moving in and out of States with couple of kilos of silver coins/bars. They show up black on screening, you got asked stupid questions (I suggest to put them in separate bag for the ease of it) and will be on your way.
With current prices I expect you to see empty shelves in Vegas coin shops.
