The prices are very low premium over spot. If I recall correctly the premium for buying a few Panda pieces was as low as getting bulk price roos locally. They don't have bulk discount for the Pandas in Gold.
I am unsure if any dealers sell silver or any other non-Gold metal in Hong Kong, at least not cheaply.
I saw some 2011 Pandas (Silver) go for $45/oz (Individual) when spot was 32-35 last year.
Have put an enquiry out to a mate living there.

I have previously purchased from all of them except Bank of China (HK), which is usually out of stock.
