Have met the guys on a few occasions.great to deal with.After all its all about fundamental trust. Can't fault them.

BB are great to talk to and to deal with. I've received 590Oz burras to Norway and everything went smooth.. thumbs up!! :)
 
I've only ever had great customer service from BB and rarely had to wait longer than a few days fro delivery. Postage reasonable as well.
 
First time purchasing with them recently and whilst the communication has been good I can't say the delivery time is great likes others have. Still waiting and purchased on 10th of September.

Hi, they are told when items are to be dispatch... as they are just a distrubutor they are at the Mercy of Mints keeping there end of the bargain supplying bullion in said timeframes.. my only issue with BB was when the PM decided to SCREW its customers and NOT mint 1/2 oz Dragons for a few months.. as a result BB could not fufull there est delivery times on this product or orders that included the 1/2 ounce...

Point being.. its usually not BB's fault if they are waiting on a product.. especially if it has not yet been minted. If not the case flame away.. im speculating with limited details youve supplied.. but it blame it on the PM (as i do HAHA).

Almost all of my silver/gold has been sourced from BB. Great service, very good prices. Yes the website looks basic but it works and easy enough to navigate around.
 
+1 for BB! I've been buying from BB for a few months and I think they're great. I made an order (1oz Scottsdale silver bars) late on Friday last week (so it wouldn't have been processed till Monday I think) and my order arrived on Thursday (yesterday). From Perth to Geelong I think that's brilliant.
 
Living in the UK and getting stiffed 20% VAT on silver bullion purchases I've ordered a number of monster boxes from BB and had them delivered and stored at an address back in Melbourne, where I'm originally from. When buying in decent quantities give them a call and you may be able to negotiate a slightly better price and free shipping + insurance. All dealings I've had with BB have worked like clockwork.

Their silver premiums are higher than here in the UK or in Europe but this is more than offset by the VAT I save.

Interesting to see the premiums on their Maple Leaf monsters have skyrocketed over the last few weeks. Not sure if anyone has noticed.
 
Another +1 / thumbs up for BB ... order placed Tuesday, funds cleared Wednesday, shipped on Thursday, order arrived (East Coast) on Friday! :)
 
When BB first came on the scene up until about 2 years ago they were slow, couldnt get them on the phone or a reply email about your order. But in the last 2 years, spot on every time with my orders.

I just wanted to leave some feedback for Bullion Bourse.
Being totaly new to the forum and also to stacking, I have to admit that when it came actually buying my first PM it was really difficult.
I decided to deal with BB in the end and i have to say it was probably one of the most pleasant,smoothest and stress free transaction ive ever made.
Constant email communication and tracking was brilliant.
Gotta say, Im now the proud owner of my first 10oz bar
