Just a quick rant I purchased some bullion from these guys last week as they promised free delivery on their web site.
It is not a massive order but it is it frustrating when good communication is lacking.
I placed the order and paid on the 4 May. They acknowledge receiving payment on the 5. On the 7 I sent an email asking for an update on the order or if there was an issue with the order. I realize that they could be busy and may have a backlog however a quick note to let me know that would have gone a long way to reduce my anxiety, since they have no issue sending me marketing material therefore they must have time to answer an email.
I have tried getting in contact with them via their web site since I did not receive a reply to my email and I am still waiting for a reply.
This is the first and last time I will purchase from them.
