As hiho just stated - I don't send notice until the day/night before the meet for security/privacy purposes.

There will likely be some trading going on - this one will be a little different to usual however - we'll be having a Xmas barbie! :D

The entry fee is threefold this time. Bring something for the barbie/food, something to drink, and something to donate as a prize for some Xmas games - by which I don't mean a 1kg bar but something someone can win!

I've got a few prizes lined up for a raffle and a few little games... :D
 
How is it all going RD and is there anything I can do to help mate? Really looking forward to this! I found something to donate, a $10 kook from 1989. I hope it is not as hot as it is today.

Yup - Backup plan is in place...

Anyone wanting to help - there's no costs involved, just bring a plate for everyone or something for the barbie...

Plan B - in case of rain - forget the food, bring some cash and we'll head to an alternative venue... I'll PM the backup location on Friday... :D

We missed the last super stashers meet due to the festive season as well. Any idea when we are kicking those off again? I've just done my first real e-superfund audit/reporting and have much feedback for the masses.

I just got back online today after a few months off - no we decided to give December a miss for SuperStashers.

We'll be starting up again soon - I'll email/message everyone once I get my act together over the next few weeks

Oh and I'll get the minutes up on the website too - I thought they had been done so need to check what happened.
