Brisbane ANDA coin show dragons on sale at Perth Mint

Seems like each of the 9 different coloured 1oz dragons (as per the 9 and 10 coins sets) will be sold off individually at the ANDA shows, mintage 5,000 with CoA for about $90.

How many ANDA shows are there? I thought Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.

Perth was the 2oz so that just leaves the Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney to share out the 9 coins and I doubt they will try and flog the Dragons next year and the year after as show specials. If they had released 3 different coins at each show they might have gotten away with it.

Perhaps not at ANDA shows. The black one was released at the Berlin Coin Fair from memory. So on top of the ANDA shows the mint will probably release the remaining colours at other shows worldwide.

For those who are not aware, the Perth Mint has listed the ANDA Purple Dragons again with 80 remaining last night and only 49 remaining this morning as at 12PM.

Regarding the other releases at the ANDA coin shows. I am going out on a limb here, but seeing as though there are only two ANDA shows left for 2012, the coin that will be released at the Melbourne ANDA coin show (via ANDA) will be the:

With regards to the term 'Coin Show Special', my understanding of the term means that the coin is initially 'released' at the coin show, nothing more, nothing less. It has nothing do to with price or that it should have been released only at the show or where it should be sold via afterwards.

Did not see that one on offer at the show, I am sure you will video it for us when it turns up but it will be interesting to see if they did a Purple 2oz or whether it is just 2 purple 1oz glued together.

I just picked mine up from the dealer & no 2oz coin
I think he must have been confused by all the different Dragons
