Feedback for anything in particular?
I got me a single brick in the Mosman one for $140. Made me a whole $1.30 in 5 months from distributions
Though take away away the one off $2.48 transaction cost...
Platform is very easy to use and plenty of info on the properties.
As for an investing strategy... I only bought the brick as I knew I’d have a better chance than JulieW would with her lottery ticket
Just have to wait 36 years to get back the brick cost on just dividends alone.
