You don't really think the powers will let the peasants make this sort of decision.
Funniest joke I have heard all week....and if it wasn't a joke I will take that bet.

Not a joke but I'm not a punter sorry.
But :
Will the United Kingdom allow Scotland to leave the Union? In this poll, Scotland was pretty clear it wanted to remain in the EU and now Scotland is calling for another referendum to exit the Union and become an independent country which will then apply to enter the EU.
Once the Union is broken, Wales would likely be close behind Scotland. As a lot of polls have shown, the youth is for EU, the oldies for UK. Now that the party is over, the next campaigns will be hammering the young people for their votes.
The EU already has a track record of repeating these sort of opinion polls until the 'right' result is achieved. The government could claim low turnout, floods stopped people voting etc and have another one once the 'leave' case was no longer front page news.
So overall, I'll believe it when I see it.
p.s. they could always line up 20 or so kamikaze politicians to cross the floor and discard the referendum. It is Parliament that makes the decision and I'd think it wouldn't be hard to find a few Pollies with rent boys, or KGB connections to run around the chamber when needed.

To be fair those of us from Australia or New Zealand or the USA can not understand these peoples heritage as ours is only a few hundred years old and the Scots Irish and English have TRUE history and TRUE long standing grievances from over 1000 (THOUSAND) years ago.Stoic Phoenix said:You have never seen an Orange Day parade then.... basically a bunch of knuckle dragging muppets get together, burning large stacks of pallets, tyres and Irish flags claiming "its their right to do so as its their heritage", This is after a stroll through "enemy territory" riling up the natives....Thankfully they are a minority.
