BITCON... WHY its totally FLAWED

I'd love to see an aussie-based PPC pool with decent fees
It'd need to be some form of RBPPS, and even then, fees would need to be 5% due to the volatility of PPC currently.

It's very technical what you need to do.

I would mine with your litecoin pool with my 2mh/s of power, I am sure you would pick up plenty of miners if you could maintain a stable aus based pool.

One problem is miners are stingy and think oh it is 1% cheaper over at xyz but when you can miss 6hrs of mining whilst at work because your cheaper pool is down and your backup as well it takes a while to make up that 1%.

Personally I think people are either distracted with the on goings in the gold price as to why bitcoin and litecoin are getting crunched and miners are looking to take whatever profits they can or we are going back to seeing mining as a marginal/speculative operation which I don't mind at all(hopefully it will reduce the difficulty).

So set up your pool already, even if it is just for sliver stackers and OCAU's.

Fair enough, but coinotron has RBPPS for PPC @ 2% fee, and it is stable (and they pay out quickly). So I'd see them as the competition!

Yeah, pretty much, they are much more established, so they can take the loses.

Starting a new pool poses a lot of risks haha

So the last move big move to $30 in 2011 went through a five month price correction(down to $2.50 odd). We are only one week in and it's down to $58....

Id have to agree that this $60 - $70 level is looking good for consolidation.

I'm very close to moving up my $30 - $40 buys up about $20 each.

Good seeing the LTC/BTC ratio come down a bit.

That said, I am thinking of swapping my BTC out into USD now and seeing if there is a re-test of $50~
